Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of wartime with the atmospheric 'Fort Lytton at Night'. On a grassy outpost near the mouth of the Brisbane River lies Fort Lytton - the heritage-listed remains of Australia's only surviving moated 19th century fortress.
Be taken on a live theatrical walking tour and discover Fort Lytton, Brisbane's front line of defence from 1881 until the 1930s.
Explore the historic fortifications after dark, and see the past brought to life, as you follow the story of Raymond Augustus Stanley. Be transported to Egypt, Gallipoli and the Western Front through performance, ambient light, evocative sounds and stunning images.
